Refund Policy

My App Store Ranking is operated by Rebels. This policy applies to paid subscriptions to My App Store Ranking. Orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing and administers refunds in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. It supplements the Rebels policies at rebelsproductions.com/legal.
1. 14-Day Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Because the service is delivered electronically, by completing your purchase and beginning to use the service you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is waived once delivery has begun. Notwithstanding this waiver, we honor the 14-day refund window described here.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the management link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period; we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the current period once it has begun, except where required by law or within the 14-day window for a first purchase.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Service
If the service does not function as described, or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund beyond the 14-day window. Please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle order confirmation email or contact us at [email protected] with your order details. As Merchant of Record, Paddle processes approved refunds to your original payment method.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
